A till built together with a Chinese street-food shop
A small Chinese street-food shop needed till, kitchen and deliveries in one system. We are building Kunoway RMS with the owner, who will use it from the first complete version.

The situation
The shop is very small: the till and the packing area are in the same spot. Delivery orders arrive by chat and the owner delivers them in person. At peak times, seven or eight deliveries are enough to overwhelm everything.
What we are building
A touch till with large buttons and options, a kitchen ticket for every order, a screen calling order numbers in Italian and Chinese, the receipt from the telematic fiscal printer and card payments. Then online orders, paid into the shop's own account, and delivery management.
How we are doing it
First we collected the owner's answers on menu, devices, timing and deliveries; then we wrote the rules down and built a demo that runs with simulated devices. The shop will switch to Kunoway RMS only when the first version is complete: until then it uses the devices it has.
Where it stands
Already working in the demo: counter orders, kitchen tickets, order calling, simulated receipt and card payments, and working without internet. Still missing: online orders, deliveries, the menu panel, cash close and reports.
